The Playstation 2 emulator PS2emu is no longer in development. You can find some other resources and emulators for the Playstation 2 on this page. Currently PCSX2 is the best solution for Playstation 2 emulation.

Note: Playstation 2 emulation is still not perfect and all games do not run. Check the PCSX2 site for compatibility for your games.
